The hotel features 132 stylish guestrooms, all fully equipped and furnished with high quality fabrics in warm tones. Room facilities include pay-per-view and satellite TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, safety deposit box, hairdryer and lovely en-suite bathrooms. There are 3 non-smoking floors and there are larger rooms close to lifts, which would be suitable for disabled guests.

     Bedroom furnishings tired ...             Basic Room for such a supposedly high quality hotel...             Not a good bed...             Our room was fine but the bathroom was in need of updating....             Only very basic toiletries were provided - I expect more from a 4* hotel....             Had to move room due to noise from adjacent lift....             Pillows terrible...             Could've done with an iron in the room...             was not any kettls in the rooms...              they changed the beds every day...             air con would only heat the room and not cool it....             with windows open it was too noisy to sleep....             the room was a little small,...             the bathroom was large....             NO TEA MAKING FACILITIES IN THE ROOM...
