The Ambasciatori Palace Hotel is housed in an elegant building that dates from the 1900s and was originally built to accommodate visiting foreign diplomats. A grand red-carpeted entrance leads to a large marble lobby decorated in cream and burgundy tones. The high ceilings, marble columns and ornate staircase in this area create a feeling of grandeur, albeit on a manageable scale.
