Whilst the location was superb the waiting staff greatThe receptionist especially one was very unhelpfull the terraces advertised never seemed open there was no info about Rome or trips I found the hotel unhelpfull and would not recomend it if you have never visited Rome before I would like to stress that the chamber maids and bell boys were super
Top Tip
Before you go check out the buses get a good local map there are three types of Tour buses and the stops are hard to find The area this hotel is in is very central If going to the Colesseum be sure to hire the headset and go on a tour it is really interesting There seem to be loads of other hotels in this area and there are plenty of good restaurants
