Lift is a little out of date.
Air conditioning unit did not work, but was not required. Very well located, we could walk to a significant number of the sites visited on the open top bus tours. only a short taxi ride to the railway station/Airport Coach Terminal
We would certainly come again
Top Tip
Plenty to see and do with a wide selection of restaurants and Irish Pubs close to hand.

Had an excellent time from check in to check out. Everything went smoothly. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room this was the only downside.

Perfect location all sites well within walking distance. Trevia just round the corner.

We has a miniscule room with double bed. Absolutely no room to swing a cat. However, very close to trevi fountain- numerous places to eat around there.
Air conditioning very efficient.
long walk from Metro station if you have luggage, probabaly better to get a taxi to it

You should know that when we got there, they had "double booked" one of our single rooms. They offered to put our friend in another 4* Hotel, but that's not the point. We had a spare bed in one of the triple rooms, so he shared. I think he is expecting a small refund (having paid for a single. Although nothing to do with us, the same problem appeared later on in the evening when some Amercan guests tried to check in!
All in all, we had a great stay and the hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was particularly good. What do you think about the small refund?

The location was fantastic for walking to so many of the key attractions. It was close to lots of lovely restaurants. The hotel was basic but clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was on the 5th floor which had nice views.
