Our Review

There are few hotels in Rome that receive such consistent praise as the Farnese. Guests are enchanted by its beautiful palazzo-style building, opulent interiors, kindly, helpful staff and excellent breakfast buffet. It's also in a great location for visiting the Vatican or hopping on a train at Lepanto metro station and heading across river to Rome's historic centre.

The hotel is located in the 'Prati' area of Rome, half way between the Vatican and the historical centre. The nearest metro station, Lepanto, is 2 minutes’ walk away.
